Due to the new lockdown imposed by the government many venues are closed from November 5th through until December 2nd.
One Night Records is closed and will reopen on December 4th.
Syon Park will remain open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
The Drive In is closed and will reopen on December 3rd.
Witness for the Prosecution is closed until further notice
Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre is closed until further notice
If you have a booking for a performance that has been cancelled due to the lockdown your KX Tickets account will have been credited the full amount including any fees, after which you can log in and rebook for a performance at a later date.
To do this:
- Select the date and time of the performance you wish to attend.
- The system will then ask you to log in using your email and password. **If you previously booked over the phone or in person please enter the email you provided at the time and click on ‘forgotten your password’, you will be emailed with the reset information.
- On the checkout page tick the box asking if you want to use the credit on your account.
- Double check the booking details and continue as normal.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have adopted a more flexible exchange policy. We will exchange your tickets to a different date or time of the same production or event, provided we are given at least 24 hours' notice. There is no charge for exchanging.
If you exchange, your original tickets will become void and can no longer be used for entry.
