Due to the ongoing situation regarding Covid-19, Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and UK Theatre member venues will be closed to the public, to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
We are so sorry that in these testing and difficult times you are not able to enjoy the show you have booked for. In a statement made on Tuesday 5th May, Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and UK Theatre officially announced the cancellation of all performances until 28th June 2020.
If you have a booking for a performance originally scheduled for this period, please do not contact us. Over the next few days your KX Tickets account will be credited the full amount including any fees, after which you can log in and rebook for a performance at a later date.
To do this:
- Select the date and time of the performance you wish to attend.
- The system will then ask you to log in using your email and password. **If you previously booked over the phone or in person please enter the email you provided at the time and click on ‘forgotten your password’, you will be emailed with the reset information.
- On the checkout page tick the box asking if you want to use the credit on your account.
- Double check the booking details and continue as normal.
