Following the Prime Minister’s press conference on Monday afternoon (16/03/2020), that stipulated that people should avoid public buildings, including theatres, we regret to announce that Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and UK Theatre member venues will be closed to the public, to help slow the spread of the coronavirus. 


We are so sorry that in these testing and difficult times you are not able to enjoy the show you have booked for. In a statement made on Friday 20th March 2020, Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and UK Theatre officially announced the cancellation of all performances until 26 April 2020, whilst we wait for further clarity from the government.

If you have a booking for a performance originally scheduled for this period, please do not contact us. Over the next few days your original booking will be refunded to your KX Tickets account, after which you can log in and rebook for a performance at a later date. 

To do this:

  • Select the date and time of the performance you wish to attend. 
  • The system will then ask you to log in using your email and password. **If you previously booked over the phone or in person please enter the email you provided at the time and click on ‘forgotten your password’, you will be emailed with the reset information.
  • On the checkout page tick the box asking if you want to use the credit on your account.
  • Double check the booking details and continue as normal.

In order for us to serve our audiences the best we can, please do not get in touch if you have booked for performances after 26 April but please be reassured that if we have to cancel future performances we will be in touch.
