COVID-19
Due to the recent change in London's status please note the following:
The Drive In:
Closed under Tier 4.
Update 08/01/2021:
All customers who had booked to see a film have now been refunded to their orriginal payment methods.
One Night Records:
Closed under Tier 4.
Reopening May 1st 2021.
Syon Park:
Will remain open on Saturdays and Sundays, although the great Conservatory is closed.
Witness for the Prosecution:
Tickets are now back on sale.
Running from*, 18th May 2021 - 31st October 2021
*Assuming that government restrictions will be lifted by Tuesday 18th May 2021.
If you have a booking for a performance that has been cancelled due to the lockdown your KX Tickets account will have been credited the full amount including any fees, after which you can log in and rebook for a performance at a later date.
To do this:
- Select the date and time of the performance you wish to attend.
- The system will then ask you to log in using your email and password. **If you previously booked over the phone or in person please enter the email you provided at the time and click on ‘forgotten your password’, you will be emailed with the reset information.
- On the checkout page tick the box asking if you want to use the credit on your account.
- Double check the booking details and continue as normal.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have adopted a more flexible exchange policy. We will exchange your tickets to a different date or time of the same production or event, provided we are given at least 24 hours' notice. There is no charge for exchanging.
If you exchange, your original tickets will become void and can no longer be used for entry.

Please note we are unable to offer refunds on perfomances that are able to go ahead.
