WHAT ARE THE DATES?
Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings only, from the 15th November until the 1st December 2019.
HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS?
You can book directly with KX Tickets – click here or call 0844 815 7141
The ticket line is open from 9am until 9pm every day. Calls cost 7p per minute, plus your standard network rate. The onsite box office is open on event nights from 4.00pm – 8.30pm

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Depends on the date you choose – peak or off peak.
Adult tickets are £10.00 on Fridays and £12 on Saturdays-Sundays
Child tickets are always £5.00

All tickets are included in our EarlyBird scheme which saves 10% if bought before 15th September
IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
There is no booking fee for tickets booked online. Guests who wish to have their tickets posted or collected at box office there is a £1.75 charge on top of the whole transaction. If guests book over the phone there is a £2 charge per ticket.
WHEN WILL MY TICKETS ARRIVE?
If you book online and choose the ‘print at home’ option you can print your tickets immediately, without paying the dispatch fee. If you choose to have your tickets posted to you, your tickets will arrive no later than five days prior to the event.
If you book less than five days prior to the event, you will need to collect your tickets from the box office on the day.
If you print your tickets at home please remember to bring them with you, it is easier to scan from printed copies.
HOW DO I ARRANGE REPLACEMENT TICKETS?
If you lose or forget your ticket please contact the box office as soon as possible. We will be happy to re-print your ticket after verifying your booking (please present the card used to book or a receipt). There is a charge of £1 per ticket for this re-print.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
Please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders. If your confirmation email has been delivered to one of these folders, please add our address to your saved contacts. If you haven’t received a confirmation email at all, please contact us at [email protected].
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?
KXTickets are not able to offer refunds or exchanges once tickets have been purchased.
WHAT AGE IS A CHILD?
3 - 15 years inclusive. 2 and under are free but still require a ticket which can be booked online at no charge. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
We anticipate most nights will sell out so to guarantee entry please buy your tickets in advance. When the event is fully sold out there will be no tickets available to purchase on the door.
Disabled ticket holders are entitled to one free ticket for an essential carer.
HOW LONG IS THE ROUTE?
The route is just over a mile long. We recommend you allow about an hour. Some people spend much longer but the lights go off and the route closes at 9.00pm.
HOW ACCESSIBLE IS THE ROUTE?
About two thirds of the route is tarmac and the rest is gravel. Please bear in mind that it is winter and the changeable weather can affect the paths.
Assistance dogs only. No other dogs or animals will be permitted.

Parking is limited. We recommend public transport where possible. Allow enough time as local roads can get congested.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at the entrance at the start time on your ticket. Please be aware there may be queues. There is no time limit once you are on the route but lights go off by 9.00pm.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I AM LATE?
If there are queues you will be asked to wait however, we will endeavour to get you in as soon as possible depending on capacity
Yes, we have toilets at the start and finish of The Enchanted Woodland, but not on the route.
IS IT OUTSIDE?
Yes, so wrap up warm, prepare for the weather, and wear comfortable shoes.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Different weather brings different atmospheres. We have had snow before! We will run the event unless the route becomes unsafe. In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will post this information on social media. Check the homepage and twitter feed (@EnchantedSyon) for the latest information. In this event, ticketholders will be offered alternative dates subject to availability.
Please remember that this is an outdoor walk through the woodlands, so do come dressed for the weather!

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?
There is no cloakroom on site. Visitors will need to keep all belongings with them. Remember it is all outside and involves walking.

CAN I BRING A SCOOTER OR A BICYCLE?
No, it is too busy and the paths are not suitable for scooters or bikes.
