Entry to the Open Air Theatre is via the box office in Queen Mary’s Garden within Regent’s Park. Following the performance, all audiences leave via the Theatre Exit Gate onto the Inner Circle.

Underground and Train

Baker Street is the closest tube station and is served by the Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith and City, Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. Regent's Park Station (Bakerloo Line) and Great Portland Street Station (Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Marylebone is a 15 minute walk to the west. Euston is a 30 minute walk to the east.

Bus

Baker Street is served by bus numbers 13, 18, 27, 30, 74, 82, 113, 139, 189, 274. Marylebone Road is serviced by bus numbers 18, 205, 27, 30, 453 and N18.

The most important thing to know is that the performance will never be cancelled before the schedulled start time. Even if it rains all day you would be surpsired how often it clears up just before the performance is due to start. Full details on the weather policy can be found in full here 

Yes, the bar is open before the performance and in the interval.

Although the venue would prefer you to purchase food and drink at the theatre as this revenue further supports their productions, you may bring your own picnic to eat on the picnic lawn or in Queen Mary's Gardens next to the box office in Regent's Park (please do not bring sharp knives). Hot food purchased elsewhere may not be brought onto the premises.

Those purchasing food may be given priority to tables at the theatre and, though drinks purchased from our bar may be taken into the auditorium, food is not permitted in the auditorium.
